COMMUNITY-BASED DEVELOPMENT

For decades, Lyon Village residents have spent countless hours growing and maintaining our neighborhood. While real estate development is a healthy part of an economy and our community, the neighborhood should control in the progress.

With that goal in mind, the Lyon Village Redevelopment Project was formed for the purposes of giving Lyon Village residents a voice in the development of our neighborhood by allowing residents to manage these projects while keeping profits within the community.
